SLSDF Instructors were interviewed on Victoria Babu’s Body By Babu KTRS radio show on Saturday, September 17th. Victoria as questions about how St. Louis Self Defense and Fitness got started, and applications in today’s world. She also held a contest, in which a caller did win a free week of training.
