What will you do?
This EXCITING 60 minute class and will always challenge you to "your extremes" both Physically and Mentally. All by doing a variety of exercises using bodyweight resistance, plyometrics, drills and obstacle courses to high paced music and led by a HIGHLY MOTIVATED, CREATIVE INSTRUCTOR whose goal is to help you be the BEST you can be...and, it’s FUN!!!

What will you get out of it?
Your cardiovascular system and muscular strength and endurance WILL IMPROVE along with your flexibility and agility. Not only will you gain those things, but you’ll experience a sense of accomplishment and confidence you didn’t even know existed within you. Studies have shown that people who exercise are generally healthier, happier, and more productive.

How do we handle varying levels?
You are guaranteed to improve your overall fitness level, whatever level you are starting from. Beginners are ALWAYS welcome! All we ask is that you give it "your 100%", whatever that may be. If you are just starting down the path to fitness, you do as much as you can. You can step out, get a drink and get right back in. There are no egos. Your only competition is yourself. We can even give beginners easier versions of the exercises to get you started. On the other hand, students with an advanced fitness level will find the class very challenging and we give the more advanced students modifications to make the exercises more difficult. This class never gets boring as shown by some of our students who have participated since we opened in 2004.

What will you need for the class?
So bring a friend, arrive 10 minutes early and make sure to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move your arms and legs easily. We recommend some type of exercise pants (gym shorts, sweats, etc.) and a non-restricting t-shirt or tank shirt. For shoes, lightweight cross trainers are best. To help protect our floor mats we require that your shoes have non-marking soles. Also you will probably want to bring a towel (the odds of staying dry for the duration of this class are slim). Water, Gatorade, and Propel products are available in our pro-shop for $1.00.
