SLSDF Instructors were interviewed on Victoria Babu’s Body By Babu KTRS radio show on Saturday, September 17th. Victoria as questions about how St. Louis Self Defense and Fitness got started, and applications in today’s world. She also held a contest, in which a caller did win a free week of training. From KETC, LIVING ST. LOUIS Producer Anne-Marie Berger finds a place in Brentwood that teaches the martial art of Krav Maga (Hebrew for contact combat). This type of self defense was used to train soldiers in the Israeli Army and made its way to the United States in the 1980s.
