Men and Women get in shape from head to toe with Kettlebell training. The Russian Kettlebell is the ultimate tool for overall fitness. Unlike traditional bodybuilding exercises that seek to isolate and sculpt a muscle, KB training requires coordinating several muscle groups simultaneously and seeks to integrate your breathing, movement and alignment along with your ability to control and balance the weight. This multidimensional approach develops a healthy body that is strong, agile and has tremendous endurance.

KETTLEBELL 101: Sundays 9:00am and Wednesday 7:00pm. This one hour class addresses the basic moves you need to know (swings, cleans, snatches, Turkish getups) in order to get the most out of your Kettlebell training.

 KETTLEBELL EXPRESS: Monday and Wednesday 5:30pm (prerequisite: must have the consent of a kettlebell instructor before taking this class). For members who want a quick and effective workout, this advanced class gives you intense training  by combining several kettlebell exercises, non stop sets lasting several minutes. You will increase your strength and endurance while losing weight in only 30 minutes!

KETTLEBELL BOOTCAMP: Saturday 10:00am (prerequisite: must have the consent of a kettlebell instructor before taking this class). Early risers looking for a great workout to start your day off right. This advanced class combines the strength training of kettlebell in addition to the endurance and agility you get from our Extreme Conditioning class.

Kettlebell Gear: When you come in to try your intro class, one of our certified Kettlebell instructors will help pick the right kettlebell size for you. We provide a kettlebell for you to try for your first class. If you have your own Kettlebell our instructors will examine it to be sure it is suitable for class and will not damage our matted floor. If you decide to continue your Kettlebell training we have Kettlebells in our proshop so just ask a member of our knowledgeable staff for assistance. What to wear: Comfortable clothes that allow unrestricted movement and to help protect our floor mats we require that your shoes have non-marking soles.
